How can I make a move on this girl?

Hey, I like this girl, and we've been talking for about 7 months, and some of my friends are telling me to make a move now, I want to, but when I'm with her I can't get the courage to, so we just talk and that's it. How do I make a move, and how can I not be scared to? I've done it before, but I've always used a wing man. Any help would be great. Thanks.
