Mix one cup of white vinegar with a tablespoon of brown sugar. Stir until dissolved, then add tomato ketchup and stir until the mixture becomes thick. Stir in your favorite BBQ sauce until the mixture loses its red color and becomes more of a brown. Add a pinch of chili powder and/or cayenne pepper and cook on the lowest possible heat setting for five minutes; stirring occasionally. Mix in cooked wings. Serve and salt to taste.
